In order to praise the advanced, advocate the dedication and practice the strider-centered management concept, the company held  the outstanding employees commendation in the multifunctionnal hall of the company on the afternoon of January 17, honored the outstanding employees in the year of 2019. General Manager Li Zongxing, Executive Deputy General Manager Ma Lianhui, Deputy General Manager Er Yanwei and more than 100 staff representatives attended the meeting.
Ma Lianhui, Er Yanwei presented awards to the outstanding employees, and Li Zongxing delivered an important speech.
On behalf of the company, Mr. Li thanked all the staff for their hard work and congratulated the outstanding staff. He affirmed the company's remarkable achievements in market expansion, product development and quality improvement in 2019. At the same time, he pointed out that we will face more severe competitive and operational pressure in 2020, so all staff are encouraged to strengthen their confidence and work hard to "build our company into the world's leading expert in customization of rail vehicle air conditioning".
